I am Webflow Lead and Webflow Community Director at Outliant. Outliant is an Enterprise partner and Webflow Award Winner in New Partners Category in 2022. I work mainly for Orangetheory project, 2023 Webflow Award Winner for Customer All Star. I take part in other Outliant projects as Webflow Lead such as Blend360, Outliant site, ServiceUp or Greenrack Solar.

I am also taking part in many of the Webflow communities around the world.

What do you need to know about a project?

For any site I would like to know:
- Branding assets: Do you have a Brand? Where can I take a look at it? I'd like to know more about it
- Design: I expect to receive a Figma file with both Desktop and Mobile Designs. Desktop should be 1440px (the standard). Mobile around 370px.
- Number of pages
- How many Languages do you plan to use on the site?
- Should the site have CMS? Do you have an approach or ar you starting from Scratch?
- Any other Integration needed: ie. forms, Analytics, etc.
- SEO & Performance requests
- Animation requests
- Timing, Roadmap and Project Schedule

What is your process and approach to projects?

Once the project is scoped, first I like to know about the Brand. Then I usually make three meetings:
- Fist with Design team, we made an overview of the project and talk about layouts, interactions, dynamic pages and any other issues
- Second is with QA team
- Last one is with the Marketing team
- If there is a Development team, I would meet with them also

Once I have met the team I get into the project:
- Work on project settings
- Map the CMS, work together for SEO
- Get all assets and resources and optimize them for good performance
- Define a Style Guide and a Framework
- Layouts building: First I go with main components such as NavBar and Footer, then I move to layouts. After that, work on Integrations and Interactions.
- Before launching I QA everything

My approach comes from technical support where I worked for 10 years. I may not know nothing about an issue, but I research, and I try to solve it in different ways, choosing the best one.

What is your Stack? What libraries and resources do you use?

For Web Builders I have worked with Webflow, Framer and Shopify. I can work with any vectorial tool such as Figma, Skech or AdobeXD, I'd rather not use Illustrator for web.
For Webflow I did a compilation of Webflow Resources, I have to update that. I also did the same for Class Naming Systems. I can use anyone, in the past I used Finsweet, now I have my own.
For tasking I have used Clickup or Jira but I prefer Pommodoro technique.
I have good knowledge of CSS and JS, for animation my favorite is GSAP, I use SwiperJS for sliders. In the past I used PixieJS or AnimeJS for animation.
Some Chrome Extensions I have: Wave, WindowResizer, ResponsiveViewer, uBlock Origin, FireShot, Lightshot, PIA, OneTab, CSS Scan, Finsweet Extension, Flowbase, CodeMode, AHrefs, Focus To-Do Pommodoro, WhatFont, Wappalyzer
For QA I use Browserstack and for SEO I have used ScreamingFrog, Semrush and GSC

What about budgets?

I work always under contract. I can work per hour, per monthly fee or subscription, and per project.
Best chance is always working per hour.
I am not making proposals, I just do budgets. I can send you 20 urls if needed, that is my pitch

What other things can you do?

Honestly, I can't do all. In the past I made a lot of bad things such as Ads ;D but not doing them anymore, I moved to the UX side. And there I really like research and take into account UX when building a site, that is why I am quite concerned about Performance and SEO.

I can also write, I have written lots of documentation. What is this documentation about? Project documentation, QA guides, SEO guides, how to scope a project. Also I have many articles at Medium (without AI!)
